The contract concluded between the company S.C. TECLEM STORE S.R.L. and customer, must be considered concluded with the acceptance of the order by S.C. MAGAZIN TECLEM S.R.L.. This acceptance is considered tacit if it is not communicated to the customer by any other means.
By placing an order through the various methods provided, the customer declares to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure and to fully accept the general and payment conditions.
1. PRODUCTS: PRICES AND FEATURES
Unless otherwise indicated, the prices of the products indicated include VAT. The prices of the products published from time to time cancel and replace the previous ones and are subject to the actual availability of the products. SC TECLEM STORE S.R.L. reserves the right to confirm or modify the prices of the products published on its website or in the information brochures and the product videos are indicative and not restrictive. Some accessories may be temporarily removed or inserted due to multimedia needs. The company reserves the right, for organizational or technical reasons, to modify the content of the site and its products at any time.
The products are not provided for testing. However, the operators of the S.C. TECLEM STORE S.R.L. can provide information regarding the characteristics of the products, the customer is responsible for choosing the products ordered and for the correspondence and conformity of the specifications indicated to his/her needs.
2. ORDERS
All product purchase orders transmitted to S.C. TECLEM STORE S.R.L. it must be completed in all its parts and must contain all the elements necessary for the correct identification of the products ordered. Each product order, sent to S.C. TECLEM STORE S.R.L. constitutes a contractual proposal from the customer, and will therefore be binding for S.C. MAGAZIN TECLEM S.R.L., only if confirmed for acceptance. Order processing from S.C. TECLEM STORE S.R.L. is equivalent to its confirmation and acceptance.
SC TECLEM STORE S.R.L. reserves the right not to accept incomplete orders that are not duly completed. In case of failure to execute the order by the S.C. TECLEM STORE S.R.L. (if due to the unavailability of the products ordered by the customer) S.C. MAGAZIN TECLEM S.R.L. will inform the customer urgently.
3. PAYMENT METHODS
The payment conditions that SC Teclem Prod s.r.l. applies to its customers are as follows:
3.1 Payment by advance bank transfer
In case of payment by advance bank transfer, the amount ordered by the customer will be reserved by the company until receipt of proof of the bank transfer, to be sent to the S.C. company. TECLEM STORE S.R.L. via email, within 48 hours of ordering.
The transmission of the ordered items will take place only after verification of the actual crediting of the amount due to the bank account of the company S.C.. TECLEM STORE S.R.L.
The following must be indicated in the reason for the transfer: the order reference number; date the order was placed; name and surname of the order holder.

4. SHIPPING AND BILLING
All goods will be shipped with an accompanying invoice and will be issued by S.C. TECLEM STORE S.R.L. when sending the products to the customer. In this sense it is essential to communicate a valid VAT number and tax code.
For the issuing of the invoice, the information provided by the customer at the time of the order will prevail.
No changes to the invoice will be possible after it has been issued.
5. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipments will be made via couriers appointed by S.C. TECLEM STORE S.R.L. The shipping cost will be calculated based on the weight/volume ratio of the items ordered.
Shipping costs are considered due and are the responsibility of the customer, even if he/she exercises the right of withdrawal, or of refusal or return to the sender, for any reason, of the goods ordered in accordance with the regulations.
Shipping costs for collecting the goods from our warehouse are in any case entirely borne by the customer.
